This leadership portfolio is the gathering of knowledge that I have gained during my 12-month graduate degree about leaders and their traits. This wisdom was brought to me through activities given out by my instructors, who are leaders in their own right. I also took it upon myself to engage in a few extra curricular activities to further my knowledge on this subject. Everything that I have learned about leaders and their traits in the past year will be reflected in this blog.

EBF - Interview With A Financial Expert
This assignment required me to interview a person that had experience with negotiations. For this I went to a family friend that had six years of experience negotiating for the United States Air Force. From this I learned that I could never be too prepared for a negotiation. The way to get the advantage over the person you are negotiating with is to research them thoroughly. For a job interview I will not only have to be ready to answer questions about myself but I will have to understand the company I am trying to work for.
